what i eat in a day when i am intermittent fasting 16/8 meal plan/diet plan to lose weight fast, weight loss meal ideas. Day 7 of intermittent fasting #weightloss
bulletproof cocoa : https://youtu.be/zv81Scfprkk
bulletproof cocoa is inspired from dave aspery's bulletproof coffee recipe. its an excellent way to start your day as a fat first meal if you do not prefer coffee in your weight loss journey. bulletproof cocoa does not raise your glucose levels as this does not have any carbs hence it does not spike glucose however, you can read up on this - check out " fast this way" by Dave Aspery.
Hope this helps, here is the link https://amzn.to/3UKmXHW

I start my day with a glass of structured water
(7.00 Am)15 mins later bulletproof cocoa
(10.00Am) Breakfast: Appa,, onion egg roast, carrot plus passion fruit
(2 PM)Lunch: Navara red rice, beetroot and carrot sabzi, onion gobi roast, boiled channa, cucumber slices.
(6 PM) Dinner: boiled sweet potato salad

Note: I keep myself hydrated by drinking plenty of water all through the day. Since my three meals keep me full, I avoid mid meal snacking. I also do not have refined sugar in my diet.
I make sure that I have dinner before 6 pm so that i get a good intermittent fasting window.
