Hello All,

Hope you all doing good.So,here with a interesting video on south indian meal plan for 7 days(in lockdown).
Those who cook for the family will know that planning is the actual task than the cooking.There is always a question in mind what to cook for next meal.Once you plan half of your work is already done!If you dont have a plan or if you dont think about it in advance about the next meal you will end up doing the same routine thing .

Our breakfast is usually either a good cereal/Toast with avacado/porridge thereby there is no cooking needed for breakfast.So this plan is only for lunch and dinner.I have worked on how to make a regular south indian meal to a more healthy south indian meal for 7 days.Also I would like to finish most of my work in the morning dinner sides are usually made in the morning thereby I will have less kitchen work in the evening.I have planned my for 7 days with what I had in my pantry that week.also this menu plan is for a lockdown week.Hope you find this video useful.
