Roti is a flatbread made with wholewheat flour. Which we called “atta” in hindi.
If you have also been struggling with Indian cooking , then in this video you will find the exact steps to get started.

Ingredients:
2 or 270 grams cups atta /whole wheat flour
1/4 cup Atta/Whole wheat flour for rolling the roti
1-2 teaspoons oil optional, 5-10 ml
water as needed to knead a soft dough, I used around 190 ml
ghee to brush the rotis.
