Ingredients:
1 tsp wood pressed groundnut oil, 1 tsp Jeera, 1/2 cup green mung bean sprouts, 1 cup boiled chana, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, sea salt, 2 splashes water, 1/4 tsp hing.
1 grated carrot, 1 onion, chopped, ginger, lemon, black pepper, cumin powder, salted amla, coriander leaves.

Method: Heat a kadai with oil, add in Jeera, mung bean sprouts, and boiled chickpeas, turmeric powder and little water. Cover and steam cook so that the mung sprouts are lightly cooked.
Add in hing, mix well. Turn off the flame.
Add in grated carrot, onion, green chili, capsicum, ginger, lemon juice, black pepper, cumin powder, salted amla, coriander leaves. Mix well. Lightly mash with a potato masher.
Spread green chutney on the sourdough bread slices. Place filling. Toast the bread on tawa and enjoy!
