To make roti: 1/2 cup methi leaves, 1 green chilli, 1/4 inch ginger, 4-5 shallots, 1 cup jowar, 1/3 cup jackfruit flour, 1/3 tsp jeera, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp kashmiri chilli powder, 2 pinches of hing, sesame oil, pink salt and water as needed.
Beans Fry: 1 cup beans, 1 tbsp wood pressed coconut oil, 2 green chilies, 5-7 shallots, curry leaves, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, pink salt and water as needed
