preparation time - 5 minutes
ingredients -
3 eggs
gram flour (chickpea flour)
milk
onion
tomato
capcicum
green chilli
salt
chilli flakes
black pepper
oil
How to make -
Take eggs and add 3 tbsp gram flour to it.
Now mix well and add 1/4 cup of milk in it.
Now add onion, capcicum, tomato,green chilli,salt, black pepper and chilli flakes.
Now mix it well.
Now pour the oil on the pan and grease it well.
Now pour eggs and spread it well.
Cook it well.
Now change the side and apply oil on it.
Now cook both sides well.
Now transfer it to the plate.
