1/2 lemon
2 tbsp water
2 tbsp grated coconut.
TO MAKE POHA:
1 cup jowar poha
1 tsp wood pressed ground nut oil
1tbsp sunflower seeds
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
2 tbsp raw peanuts
2 tbsp roasted channa dal (pottukadala)
1-2 tsp wood pressed groundnut oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp jeera (cumin seeds)
1 red chilli
1 onion, chopped
Pink himalayan salt as needed
squeeze of lemon
