What this video is about?
This video is all about the north Indian food. In this video i went outside my comfy space to check out the prices of each food item shown in the video n guess what?? I saw a huge difference between the price of Zomato and the original prices of restaurants.
In this video, i am going to have Pav Bhaji, Chaka Chak, Rajbhog (From Anandam, Rajpur Road) Chole Bhature, Rajma Chawal(Spicy Chilliz Restaurant) Samose, Cheese Patties, Panner Patties, Msuhroom Patties(From Elloras)
Pav Bhaji-Pav bhaji is a fast food dish from India consisting of a thick vegetable curry served with a soft bread roll. Its origins are in the state of Maharashtra
Chaka Chak- Chaka Chak is a Flat bread, often sweetened with cognac, is rolled into to small balls which are then deep fried and drenched in a honey based syrup. Usually these balls are stacked, similar to a profiterole cake, in a tower.
Rajbhog- Rajbhog is a Bengali Sweet, perfected in. Rajbhog is a variant of Rasgulla, dipped in Kesar, Rose Water, Sugar Syrup and dry fruits stuffing.
Chole Bhature-Chole bhature is a food dish popular in the Northern areas of the Indian subcontinent. It is a combination of chana masala and bhatura/puri, a deep-fried bread made from maida. Although it is known as a typical Punjabi dish, It is originally a culinary dish of Delhi and Uttar Pardesh.
Rajma Chawal-Rājmā, also known as rajmah, rāzmā, or lal lobia, is a vegetarian dish, originating from the Indian subcontinent, consisting of red kidney beans in a thick gravy with many Indian whole spices, and is usually served with rice. It is a part of regular diet in India, Nepal, Bangladesh and Punjab province of Pakistan.
Samose-A samosa or singara is a fried or baked pastry with a savory filling, including ingredients such as spiced potatoes, onions, and peas.
Patty-A patty or burger is a flattened, usually round, serving of ground meat and/or legumes, grains, vegetables, or meat alternatives. Patties are found in multiple cuisines throughout the world.
