In the fall of 2021, I flew up to New England to go on an amazing Indian food road trip through New Hampshire and Massachusetts with my good friend Chef Keith Sarasin.
Keith is an incredible chef who specializes in Indian cuisine, and I love eating Indian food, so it was a match made in heaven! We ate our way through several cities, trying a bunch of different Indian dishes along the way.

From the Punjabi and Kashmiri food we tried in Salem, New Hampshire, to the stuffed chicken naan, samosas, aloo tikki, and malai kofta we had in Manchester, to the incredible dosas in Boston, we ate good!
Of course, I can’t forget the unbelievable lamb biryani, paneer chili, and mango lassi cheesecake he made for me at his home! It was an unbelievable five days of eating, and for the first time ever, I present to you our entire adventure, uninterrupted!
I hope you enjoy this full documentary of me eating Indian food for 100 hours with American Indian Chef Keith Sarasin. If you liked it, please give the video a thumbs up and leave me a comment!
