Tonight on Cast Iron Wednesday, we're travelling to India...or at least making a popular dish from India. I'd wanted to cook a dish that's a little different from your usual American burgers, steak, cornbread and fried chicken. And so, tonight we're making curry chicken with a tomato and yogurt sauce. But even though the dish is from India, the cast iron is definitely American: we'll be making this chicken in a Birmingham Stove & Range "Sportsman" fish fryer. Most of all, we're here to have fun!
