Lunch: navara rice, cucumber & raw papaya salad, tomato sabzi, potato sabzi, boiled chickpeas,
plus one apple

Note: I keep myself hydrated by drinking plenty of water all through the day. Since my three meals keep me full, I avoid mid meal snacking. I also do not have refined sugar in my diet.
I make sure that I have dinner before 6 pm so that i get a good intermittent fasting window.
